Participants will be asked to evaluate fictitious faculty data from the Blended Instruction Domain. From the provided scenarios, participants will discuss barriers to change and identify areas for growth. Examining district-wide data, participants will also strategize on which schools may be ideal to lead a blended initiative. After exploring implications for Blended Instruction scores, participants will examine the fictitious teachers’ data in the Blended Curriculum domain. Based on the data, participants will identify areas for growth in blended curriculum strategies. Participants will be asked to self-assess and set personal goals for growth based on their individual scores in both the Blended Curriculum and Instruction domains based on their new knowledge of the standards.
